About Us

I am Nicky. I have always been an animal lover, and grew up with a beautiful Golden Retriever. She gave my family so much pleasure, and 16 years of very happy memories. Throughout my life, I have lived with our family dogs, looked after my friends dogs, walked and fed them, stayed overnight with them and I have my Cavapoo Barney.
There is never a day when I don’t look forward to and enjoy our walks. In wind, rain and shine my dog needs walking. He is a very important member of our family and was the motivation behind setting up my dog walking service. He is a very shy dog and has needed very carefully planned visits by people I trust in my absence.

LeadTime has a small and friendly team of dog walkers all with a shared set of values putting the dogs we walk at the centre of our service.

The first thing you have to consider when having a dog is who will look after it when I am not at home? Having dogs ourselves, we understand the anxiety this causes for you going out to work, or having a full day out and leaving your lovely dog at home. This is where we can help! We will come in and give your dog/s a walk, some social time with other dogs, a cuddle and something to eat or drink (if they need).

At LeadTime we pride ourselves in giving a personal service. We want your dog/s to be as excited to see us as possible. We will meet and get to know you and your dog/s and discuss your requirements. We want to be familiar with your dog before we come to walk with them and make sure you are happy with our arrangements. All have their own personalities. We work out who will get on well, and do not walk with over 3 dogs. Some need a good run every day and some don’t. We offer both one hour and 30 minute walks/ visits.  If there is something you need which you cannot see here please give us a call as we may be able to help. We want to offer you a home from home service, friendly, flexible, honest and reliable.
